Blunt Borrows $200 Million to Avoid Bouncing Checks

On the heels of soliciting bids for a new state plane and holding a costly special session, Matt Blunt has quietly borrowed $200 million dollars to keep his Administration from bouncing checks.

That's according to a new report out of the State Treasurer’s Office.

As is his custom, Blunt talks a good game on fiscal stewardship, but his record falls woefully short.
