New Ohio DEM A.G. PROMISED to Investigate Ohio 2004 on 9/30/06, Cleveland
Edited on Wed Nov-08-06 09:54 PM by autorank
I live blogged a conference in Cleveland at the end of September where the Democratic candidate
for Attorney General said, flat out, he would investigate election fraud in Ohio 2004.
He spoke at
"We Count" which consists of real, hard core election activists who to the person think Ohio
was stolen in 2004. GUESS WHAT...Democrat Mark Dann won for Attorney General and the replacement
for Blackwell at Secretary of State (elections) is a DEMOCRAT. oopSSS...lots of good things happened
in Ohio yesterday.

1. OH Democratic Attorney Gen. Candidate - Investigate Electing Fraud

State Senator Dann is running for Ohio A.G. He pointed out that Ohio Bill 3 gives the A.G. direct proctorial authority on prosecuting election fraud.

"If such a crime was committed in Ohio (referring to election fraud in 2004)...you will know what happened. There's a cop on the beat."

He said that he needed to win big when asked if he thought that the election might be rigged.

Lets get this guy elected

3. This MUST be done, because once the investigation is complete and PROVES
beyond a shadow of a doubt that election fraud took place, then it PROVES that Bush shouldn't have won in 2004.

This will then lead to Election Reform the likes of which we've never seen.

11. Seemed like a great guy. That he showed up at "We Count" is
a real comment. This was hard core election fraud stuff...very serious to, a high quality of presentation and analysis.

He seemed like a good guy also.

12. Will do and I hope Dann takes away that requirement;)
...which would mean he was going for it.

Ironically, Richard Hayes Phillips spoke the same morning. He has "the goods" on 2004 in ways few others, maybe nobody other, has.

Ohio, :yourock:

9. How would this be done?
I would LOVE to see the 2004 election really investigated, but how could you?
Sure, there would be some things you could investigate - like the hijinx with voting machine distribution, cardstock and the recount witnesses' testimony of irregularities with that, but any evidence of the vote itself is long since destroyed I'm sure. So we'll never know what the real totals were.

10. could piece together the "improper" recounts that were done
Where the ballots were not randomly selected. It's detective work.

13. Yes, that part could be done
I have all my notes and copies. :-)
I don't ever expect to use them, but they're there just in case.

But as a recount witness, I couldn't tell you what the vote really was in my county.
So I figure that will never be known.

14. Good question; good news

Richard Hayes Phillips Declaration to court http://tinyurl.com/vzs9a

Remember when Fitrakis and Arnebeck got those 2004 ballots saved.
http://www.bobforohio.com/newsclips/2006/sep/news2006-09-01.php
There was a purpose I suspect.

This is a lot of evidence and it was gathered by people, smart as they are, who had no support or backing, legal sanction.

Now...well, the man said he'd look into it at a conference populated 100% by people who think 2004 Ohio was stolen...he knew where he was speaking and what he was saying.

We'll hope...
