Trust Fund Established For Regola's Family
(KDKA) WESTMORELAND COUNTY A trust fund has been established to help the family of State Senator Bob Regola pay its legal expenses.

Regola is awaiting trial on perjury and weapons charges in the death of a 14-year-old neighbor.

Authorities say Louis Farrell shot himself with Regola's handgun last July.

Regola's son Bobby was called to testify at a coroner's inquest on the death.

The attorney who set up the fund says he fears a conviction in Regola's case will hurt the rights of gun owners statewide.

I say fine then send the $ to me care of the DU. I'll see to it that the monies do good by NOT defending republican scum, but aiding real victoms as involved in the case who lost a loved one because of who? Gun rights don't include murder and covering it up with a public position.
