The Calendars I have shows this weekend, but that is wrong for it was changed in 2005, effective 2007, to the first Sunday in November.

The following is from Lexis site, the Findlaw site is still using the older stature which gives the last Sunday in October instead of the First Monday in November. The same is true of several other sites I looked at, including the http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/e.html site above which in the site gives the Correct time (First Sunday in November) but when it sites the statute it refers to the old version of 15 USC § 260a instead of the one passed in 2005:

15 USC § 260a. Advancement of time or changeover dates

(a) Duration of period; ....... During the period commencing at 2 o 'clock antemeridian on the second Sunday of March of each year and ending at 2 o 'clock antemeridian on the first Sunday of November of each year,....
