Care Improvement Plus Medicare Advantage Plan in SC

Is there anyone else from SC who could have a dialog with me about the Care Improvement Plus Advantage Plan. I was getting quite a bit of contradicatory information out of their customer service number, plus inundated with notices and offers, plus difficulty in my medical bills being paid, plus harrassed by sales people from pharmaceutical entities wanting me to buy things I don't need "because I am 'entitled' to them, and will 'lose them if I don't use them." These things are needless burdens on my fellow citizen's money, and I have refused to purchase what I don't need. This seems to have resulted in some hostility and a difference in their payment of my legitimate medical expenses. If anyone else is having trouble with Care Improvement Plus Medicare Advantage Plan, I would like to know about it.

Also, anyone who may have made use of their "dental plan," for dentures. I would consider your experience and advice extremely welcome. I am being told I have to wait two months or longer, after the initial dental visit to receive the dentures, and that it will require several "fittings" in order to have dentures made. Never heard of such a thing. Wondering why the long wait and the repeated fittings. Methinks they are milking the taxpayer.
