Anyone live in Florence County, I have a questions about some dirty politics at the library.

Back in the 1990's there was a male library director, don't recall his name.

I heard through the grapevine that he was collecting info on an employee who was allegedly stealing or embezzling. At a library board meeting, he brought this up.

The board turned it around and canned him! Several board members were so disgusted they resigned.

I went to that library one time and looked it up in the local paper, but of course you don't get the whole story there.
