1. No luck at all!
Republican wins from the top of the ticket to the bottom.

Here in SC, there is now a constitutional right to hunt. I suspect we now need another amendment, to give property owners a constitutional right to ban hunting on their property.

Workers now have a constitutional right to vote on whether or not they want to unionize in a way that is secret from one another, but not from their anti-union bosses. This is protecting the 'right to a secret ballot' in the same way that this is a 'right to work' state.

In my county, my neighbors voted against a penny increase in the sales tax to fund public transportation. So poor folks will not be able to get to their jobs, giving us the opportunity to point out how lazy they are.

Our new superintendent of education doesn't believe in public education, which is darn convenient, because the new governor doesn't either. He is quoted as saying “Parents must be empowered to have a choice in the educational environment of their child.” And apparently, they must be empowered by giving them my tax dollars.

I KNOW that private schools are no 'magic bullet' for education. I know this, because I went to one. Luckily for me, there was branch of the New York City Public Library near by, or would have gotten no education at all!

Started to edit to correct the spelling in the title, but I think I like it better the way it is.
