(And the struggle wouldn't be so "uphill" if the Dallas Morning News would actually report what Pete Sessions is doing in Congress. But, anyway...)

...What matters are the candidates' ideas, and on that score, Mr. Roberson demonstrates knowledge and offers the most realistic approach to solving problems such as immigration reform and America's fiscal crisis. He also knows how his opposition thinks, having left the Republican Party after becoming convinced in 2006 that its leadership was intolerant to moderates.

(Having heard Eric Roberson speak on two occasions now, I'm convinced that he always was a Democrat. It just took growing up a bit and taking a look at how Republican policies played out in the real world to make him see the light).
