I just called Chelsea Green publishing and if we start off at 200 books we can get a price of $5 each. Half price! I have asked DFAers if this is something we might be interested in doing at our SD. Anyone else interested? We can have them shipped to different locations. I guess I probably should call them back and see how long they would take to ship as our conventions are coming up very quickly. Surely a week would be enough even with ground?

This is a GREAT book, good detailed explanation of the dialog framing process. This needs to be part of the education process of anyone wanting to create the dialog and frame it in the progressive language.
