Add former Secretary of State Roger Williams to the list of serious Senate wannabees. Williams himself, who is heading the state's Victory 2008 committee, says he's focused on electing Republicans in the fall. But a close Williams associate says count him in: "Williams will be the nominee and he will be elected senator." Hmmmm.
