Rep. Juan Garcia/HD 32 Update
Take a peak on how Republicans are fumbling all over themselves in the Coastal Bend.

Posted on http://www.burntorangereport.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=5819">Burnt Orange Report:
Sour grapes are funny things. After the amazing victory by Juan Garcia over Republican Gene Seaman in the Coastal Bend in 2006, local republican officials just cannot come to grips with reality. Repeatedly, the Nueces County GOP apparatus continues to swing wildly into the air, hitting nothing and looking like fools....

1. Can Juan sue?
I mean if this is misleading information doesn't that fall under some kind of libel case?

Thanks for the update, Eddie.

2. Its been mentioned
but Rep. Garcia has said he won't in the video. I agree. What is the point? The republican leadership are looking like whiny children. Besides, those kind of things distract the office from doing is job representing the people. Garcia is opening up an relative unprecedented 4th office in the district (its massive) on Padre Island on May 31.

3. I watched the video
I know he said he wouldn't but that's the only thing they understand. If you let them bully you, they will continue to do it. It has to cost them money for them to stop. If I were Juan, I would not take a lawsuit off the table.

4. That I agree...
To stop a bully you sometimes just have to punch him in the mouth. That being said, I don't think Garcia's campaign is shy about defending itself. They are going to do it on their terms, not Hunter's.
