This Daily Kos article is a hoot.
They blame liberals for costs, even though the software is FREE! and they have sorts of revenue ads all over their website.
But they still need $20,000+ to make it really cool for neocons to use.

Why donate to a group that has no software overhead?
They do have offices at 1 Masschusetts Ave...right next to Union Station!
Two blocks from, I don't know...the most expensive property in Washington!

Based on office close to this location, at $45.20 per sq.ft and they crammed an entire Death Star into an 850 sq. ft office.
They still pay $36,000+ per month in rent alone!!!

Find some cheaper digs,....do that fiscal conservancy thing.

Perhaps they should move to cheaper digs.

I run a blog that costs me nothing. It's through Blogger.com, so Google can deal with the bandwidth. In fact, it makes money (the occasional check from Google ads). Sure, I don't make shit off it, but I put no money into it, aside from a broadband internet connection at home. All in all, I don't need $25K to make it work, though I wouldn't turn down the money.

Sounds like something along the lines of RimJob fleecing freepers into putting gas into his Winnebago, or Pat Robertson hitting up the flock to bankroll one of his diamond smuggling operations. I call bullshit on RedState.com. Let 'em get real jobs.
