When I lived in the Twin Cities, the Vikes-Packers reflexive back & forth between fans was just as annoying, and stoooopid.

Packer fans are still sore that William (the Fridge) Perry ran right through George Cumby, to score a touchdown.

No, wait, it's the oldest rivalry in the league, some fans are still p.o.'ed about Curley and George.

I'm sorry I posted the pic. I seriously didn't realize it would cause you such emotional pain that you'd feel the need to try to hurt/offend me back.

I've now apologized publicly and privately. If that's not good enough for you and you feel the need to further try to hurt me or offend me back - have fun trying, I've been through a lot worse than anything you could throw my way. Life is way too short to let things like that get to you so badly and hold onto the anger. You know some of what I've been through in my life and I in yours. In the scheme of things, this is just a really silly thing to continue. I can't stop you if you feel the need to stay angry, but I hope you don't.

Sunday night I went to see the Bucket List. After the movie, some man stood up and said that, for those who are interested, the packers just won, and would be playing Dallas. Does anyone know who they play next?

18. Saturday night, it looked like the Packers would be going to Dallas

but the next day the favored team, Dallas, lost to the NY Giants. So the Giants will be coming to Green Bay, instead.

Besides home field advantage -- thanks to the thumping they got in Chicago, playing their ancient rivals a few weeks ago -- the Packers did have a recent opportunity to play a game in bitterly cold, single digit conditions.
The Giants, on the other hand, haven't played in sub-freezing temperatures in years and years.
