Hope you don't mind but I checked where you live and it said Wausa.

I used to work for a Veolia a environmental company that disposes of Hazardous waste.

In the Wausa Area their is a place where you can take your houshold Haz. waste. I'm sure if you check your county or city website you can find when it is open and what things you can bring to dispose of or check the veolia website they might have the information you are looking for.

BTW I miss the Heffer & Hopps. They have great beer.

2. Thanks, ( Hereford and Hops is still open)
I'll give it a try.

According to the Wausau Daily Herald blog Hereford and Hops is still hopping. This is a post from the manager:

I am the General Manager of Hereford & Hops. I just saw your posts and wanted to clarify that we are NOT closing. We are not sure where those rumors started, but they are not true.

Actually, with our new chef, we are better than ever! I encourage you to stop in and try one of our chef specials.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to call the restaurant at 849-3700. I would be happy to talk to you!

Samantha
