1. Here's what I know.
They're the Chicago Fitzgerald's. Scott was newspapers. Jeff in Chicago Mercantile Exchange, don't know what type of business. Small donors, but I'm sure they had outside help in their districts. Both represent the Beaver Dam, Watertown, Oconomowoc area. His father, Stephen Fitzgerald, was Sheriff of Dodge County for 14 years and as the U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Wisconsin. Now of course he's been promoted ala Walker to top honcho of State Cops and is very useful.

3. Can only guess
these guys are in new fundie areas, built up around mega churches...they build up new communities around these churches that were built just outside of cities. That way the only place all the people in these sub-divisions have to go is to these large churchs with schools of course (since the city schools are out of the way)most send their kids to these schools. Then they get involved with those churchs..viola...you've got yourself a Repub district.

At least that is where Repub haven is here in Kenosha..out in the suburbs around a mega-church. And of course they are the tea party too.

By the way, many of the contractors that built up all these sub-divisions also ran for office. Paul Ryan, Mark Newmann and some others. Car Lot owners are big for running for office around here too.

4. Would that mega church you refer to be the one on 50? Didn't realize that

area was a Puke bastion. Do know a nutjob who attends there, though, so it shouldn't surprise me. And that would explain the "Bob Wirch recall" person who was out by the RecPlex.

Very right wing...had one person who belonged to that church working for me and she had to have her minister come and meet me to see if she could work for me...he had on so much cologne and was such a sleaze.
