It isn`t an established fact yet and none of us can can know the future . I should have said "it is a near certainty that NATO will never win this war".

It seems odd that a person who seems to be such a literalist in the use of language would call themselves "toilet".

I have to take things literally when one uses the term "plain fact" because a fact is a fact that can't be disputed. When in this case it obviously can.
