Are there final numbers from Colorado yet?

Are there final numbers from Colorado yet?
I ask because Boulder County, which went 69%/30% Kerry/Bush, has only reported 44/227 (19%) of its precincts, with Kerry at 57549 and Bush at 24434. By my math, if 19% of the precincts = 19% of the vote in that county, then Kerry would pick up enough votes in the remaining 81% to go head of Bush, 1137XXX to 1121XXX votes. I suspect that maybe the unreported precincts in Boulder don't go 69/30 K/B (traditionally GOP?) or that they don't represent 81% of the total votes in Boulder county.

What am I missing here?

2. I managed to find the Boulder County returns page..
Link If I'm reading this correctly, it looks like Boulder County only has~176000 total voters, so that's not enough to swing it to Kerry - maybe a lot of smaller precincts not reporting yet...
