Need People who can speak about use of "dual" voting systems at 1 election
I need some information in the form of a contact for a Canadian Elections Official who might be able to speak (or ideally testify) that they use a dual voting system (paper for federal elections, machine for other races) in Canada with minimal problems or voter confusion.

Or, I need information / testimony from anyone in the USA, preferably an elections official / pollworker, who has experience with using more than one voting system at a time during an election. For example, if there was an election where a referendum question was voted on a paper ballot but all the other races were voted on lever machines. The testimony we are looking for is that this WAS done, and CAN be done, without breakdown of the electoral process, voter confusion, staff exhaustion, etc.

TIA,
Marybeth
