1. why not let the recommendation feature serve its intended purpose?

I also hope people will grab stories from the Daily Thread and post them as independant threads so we can discuss them.

I sometimes wonder if people think that's not allowed.

5. A quirky thing...
my daily cruise through DU's latest has become habitual, but the election reform forum is generally out of sight, and out of mind to me. And yet, I know, that if nothing is done to reform our voting process, any other issues become moot. It's like I need to either pay attention today, or give up the power in the future, to be able to pay attention at all. So, thanks for your reminders...they work wonders...:hi:

6. This forum used to have a link on the main page, but no longer.

I think that, in part, why we thought the news thread could use some prominence on the Greatest page.
