More than 1,200 Cuyahoga County voters will learn for the first time that the provisional ballots they cast last November weren't counted.

The League of Women Voters chapters in Cleveland, the Cuyahoga area and Shaker Heights are notifying the voters by mail and enclosing voter registration forms to encourage them to properly register for the next election.

In Shaker Heights, especially. You're talking mostly people with money there.

Of course, part of the whole deal with voting is that you're supposed to be registered properly for where you live, and then you're supposed to make sure you go to the right polling place--not what the right polling place USED to be for you, but what it is NOW. If you don't, you may have problems. Ask Ann Coulter.
