they're trying to make this into "illegal immigrants" voter fraud.

3. If that illegal immigrants voter fraud was a major issue, Bilbray would have
been defeated and/or there would be major prosecutions (there are none to speak of). On the Floor of the House in his acceptance speech after swearing he said the only reason he was elected was not his intelligence or other qualities, it was merely the immigration issue. But if that translated into a major voting dynamic, bilbray would certainly have been target #1. So where's his evidence of thousands of such voters? He doesn't have any.

he tried to push him with the numbers and he came back with 55 cases in 2002 - but that seem to not have been broken down into illegal immigrant and legal citizens numbers...

and btw, most non-documented immigrants are scared stiff, every day, of causing anything that brings attention to them, which would have the consequences of being deported.
