I personally don't understand why someone would post a link that they don't comprehend (and/or care about) enough to be able to paraphrase.

OK, for what it's worth: the projections are more or less continuously updated, and the exit poll tabulations are intermittently updated to match the projections. I explained why here. In brief, weighting to the best estimate of the actual vote yields best estimates for everything else. Some Pilots for Truth may assume that the exit (or entrance) polls are more accurate than the official results, but this assumption is not universal.
