of how the votes are being lost, stolen, prevented from being cast, or otherwise manipulated?

Shall we run a single thread, or a thread for each election or each election date?

Shall we host a grid on someone's site or just run threads here?

Feel free to post more questions or answers to how you feel the best way to proceed might be.

We have to devise what info needs to be collected.
Probably one thread will get too long - perhaps one final thread, and a State by state independent working thread?
I don't know - I have to think some more..
Ultimately maybe to be posted, as you say, in grid format.

It should be helpful for November, all the volunteers on the ground.

2. I'm thinking we list by election date with States as subtopics under each thread

Kinda like we do the ER news. We just list without a lot of discussion there and then link to discussion threads.
