2. But if duplicates can be removed, what does that imply about Honey Nut Cheerios?
Can they also be removed?

That's awful! I can't believe in God (or salmon or bagels or Iceland) unless my Honey Nut Cheerios are safe!

4. Ah, in order to do that, I would need to know what "lox" is.
Edited on Wed Apr-16-08 06:18 AM by Random_Australian
Well, unless I was arguing with old booj, in which case he'd probably challenge the unsupported western imperialist-marxist fallacy that I need to know what the hell I am talking about in order to debate it.

6. Very versatile stuff
Not only is it tasty with cream cheese in a bagel, it's also used as oxidiser for rocket engines, including those on the space shuttle.

7. Yes, I have shown that one can debate a topic without knowing what one is talking about.
Edited on Wed Apr-16-08 12:14 PM by Boojatta
I have started threads that I thought weren't about food. People have added food-related comments or questions and I thought they were off-topic. (See this rule from the DU rules: "Do not jump into an unrelated discussion and introduce a barely-relevant tangent.")

However, it turns out that I was wrong! The food-related talk wasn't off-topic. Therefore, I didn't know that I was talking about a topic that included food. Therefore, I didn't even realize the nature of the topic that I was talking about.

However, arguably, some of my posts in those threads constituted debating. Thus, arguably, I debated a topic without knowing what I was talking about.

11. Touché.
Truly, I had forgotten that cream cheese, when squared, denies Fermat's Last Supper.

Then you need to add some vanilla.

13. Hah! But how can you prove vanilla is the original flavour?
What if supernovae from the dawn of time were anti-semantic? And they also invented Deodorant-flavoured incomprehensible gibberish. Can you prove that Tesla didn't say so?

14. I can prove it because it is written in the book of Alton Brown, the one true prophet.
Tesla is a heretic.

He's so cool that a band named themselves after him! Therefore he holds all the wisdom of the ages....;)
