Mexican archbishop cancels Sunday masses nationwide
JUAREZ -- Growing worries over the swine flu in Mexico have forced Archbishop Norberto Rivera Carrera to order the cancellation of all Sunday masses and church events at Catholic churches ...

The closure will affect all Catholic churches in Juarez, according to El Diario. According to the newspaper, reports that swine flu cases have been reported in Chihuahua, Chihuahua have not yet been confirmed by health officials in the state.

Churches will be open for individual prayer but it remains unclear how church officials will control any crowd traffic, according to El Diario ...

The Mexican Government is considering closing down all public schools and buildings in the capital city and nearby cities for at least ten days, according to the ABC News.
