3. Hawkeyes getting in the tourney was the WORST thing to happen
Just making an appearance in the tourney is an excuse to keep him around. Alford will stick around now. Ugh.

8. Yeah, but I thought if he won two or three, maybe Indiana
would poach him away from us. I'd love to get McDermot (sp?) from up North or perhaps Bruce Pearl who just took UW-Mil over Bama.

4. Update: Cincy 32, Hawks 22 at halftime
Based on what I heard from my Iowa relatives, they were none too happy to see them go on that late season run that got them in the dance. 4000+ empty seats per home game I heard this year.
