Giants bounce back... move back into Wild Card lead by whipping Reds 4-2
The Giants, coming off what probably was their worst loss of the year, exhibited what all REAL contenders must have...resiliency, as they defeated the Reds behind 6 strong innings from Barry Zito and HRs by Velez and Molina (each for the second night in a row).

Brian Wilson picked up his 28th save as the bullpen went 3 scoreless innings. The Giants defense also demonstrated last night was an aberration, by going errorless.

The only bad news about today's game was that the best third baseman in the NL, the Panda, went 0-4 dropping his average to .332, still good enough for second in the NL.

2. You should know better
I'm always a fan of my Giants, but it's only when they win that I celebrate..

Unlike yourself, I don't sit around blaming my team's misfortunes on Bud Selig or wishing football season would start.

I'm a REAL baseball fan.

3. The best third baseman?
Have you checked out Ryan Zimmerman lately? Hot hitter..12 game hit streak and some really nice defensive plays.?Also playing on arguably the hottest team in MLB currently.

4. Zimmerman is a good third baseman
he matches up real well with the Panda..leading in HRs (24-17) and RBIs (75-68), but Sandoval bests him in BA (.332-.300), OBP (.381-.369), SP (.558-.531), and FP (.963-.960).

I'll take Pablo.

6. Actually, I do know better...
"I'm always a fan of my Giants, but it's only when they win that I celebrate.."

The exact definition of a fair weather fan, Upton. That really is a fucking classic, my friend!

"Unlike yourself, I don't sit around blaming my team's misfortunes on Bud Selig or wishing football season would start. "

Do a little bit of research, and you'll see what I mean.

"I'm a REAL baseball fan."

You are a REAL "something", but it's not baseball.
