How bad did Romo whip Favre's Ass today?
Did Favre throw an interception to end the game? Was Romo fucking brilliant? Did the real Cowboys (and Cardinals) show up this weekend?

1. Clearly the torch has been passed...
...problem is it was passed by Romo and intercepted....Favre looked good today.

Good game by the Vikes. I'm rooting for the Saints in the next one, though.

2. Hello Hare and a belated welcome to DU
Should be a great game next week. I'm glad the Saints have the home field. There was an average 25 points difference in decibel points between Brees snaps and Warner snaps last night.

3. Thanks much for the welcome ..
And I think it will be a good game.

I rooted for the Saints back in the days of Archie Manning and have always really wanted them to do well. I spent 8 weeks on the Gulf Coast back in 1991 and came to love the area, and especially New Orleans.

Being a Georgia Cracker I root for the Falcons and the Dawgs most of the time, But NO is my team in these here playoffs.

6. I was stationed at
NAS Atlanta 92-95. Went to a handful of Falcons Fans. My Sailors took me to a Falcons game as a going away "present." My wife and I went to the Georgia-Arkansas game in 93 between the Hedges. I'm a Razorback but do enjoy SEC games and its teams. Archie and his wife Olivia reign over New Orleans as King and Queen. Hard to root against Cool Brees.

8. Between the Hedges...
...is a great place to see a ball game.

Having said that, the last game I was actually at Between the Hedges had Herschel Walker in it.

My favorite teams are in the SEC East, but I root for the Razorbacks in the West. I was a big time fan of LSU when they played for national champs.

4. BOSS, you are my favorite sports forumite.
Your Saints (and their fans) will be by far the biggest test my Vikes have faced all season. Gonna be one hell of a game down in the bayou next week, and as much as it would break my hearts to see the Vikes lose, a loss to the Saints would sting the least. They are an incredible team.

Make sure to crack a cold Bud for me next Sunday, and I'll throw back a Summit Extra Pale Ale for you. :toast:

7. You are too kind My Friend
I'm sure some New England fans have me on another list. I'm not sure you are going to get your heart broken next week but it should be a helluva game. Favre is Godawful popular down this way. No doubt the NFC will be well represented in the Super Bowl.

I'll scrounge around and see if I can find a Budweiser next weekend. I think I have a fridge full in the garage. Cheers to you My Friend.

14. As the Cowboys are OUT
Then my football year is well and wonderfully complete. May the best team out of the 4 win. I'll be ushering at the Colts game Sunday, should be fun, hope I get out of there in time to catch at least the second half of the NFC Championship game.

15. Whip his ass? Do you somehow know what they did after the game?
That said, you should know it's their personal business.
