1. I love the way you don't have the Rockies or the Giants up there
despite the fact that they're respectively only two and four games out of first place in the NL West.

Also, the Rockies actually LEAD the Wild Card standings...with the Giants only two back.

I guess I'll just have to be content with voting "other"

2. Actually the Dodgers are tied with the Rockies for 2nd in the West
the Giants are in 4th place in the Division.

Plus, I may be a mod, but I can't make the poll have more than 10 spots, lol!

4. I've never done a poll
I didn't even know there was a ten spot limit. I just noticed you don't have the Red Sox up there either...now that ought to REALLY bring on some wailing and gnashing of teeth.

9. Why would anyone consider the Ginats?

12. That's cute how optomistic you are
considering the Giants haven't brought home a title in 56 years!

3. WHere's the option for...

5. They're definitely not far away
I could easily see them competing seriously in a year or two.

7. Tigers!
Why not, they've been playing well.

8. I'll be a homer and say "Other" so I can say the Rockies will get it done.
They just need to play as well in October as they've been playing in July so far. If the starting pitching stabilizes and the hitting stays consistent, I think they have a chance to not only threaten to win the division, but they have a shot to make a LOT of noise in October again.

Of course, we still have to pass the Padres, figure out how to beat the Dodgers, and stay ahead of the Giants...

10. +1
Same reason why I voted. Plus I agree with all your other points.

11. I voted Yankees, just because that's what I'd bet if I had to lay money down.
Still, no one is voting for the Rangers? Me thinks DU is void of actual baseball fans.

That team could take it.
