Nobody has really looked awesome, but even more the twist and turns are so crazy this season it is unbelievable. It makes for more fun, but sure leaves fans scratching their heads.
But I believe Baltimore is a very talented team IMO which beat the Jets. I thought that game could really could go either way beforehand. Two strong defensive teams which is why for the most part neither offense looked great (I only saw the 1st half). Jacksonville and Houston, even though they lost twice last year to Indy they played well enough to win those games but didn't quite pull it off. Those losses aren't surprising because they almost lost to those 2 teams last year. Plus the division in general is tough 1-4. San Diego is extremely explosive on the offensive side of the ball this year, this could be another slow start/strong finish year for them. Plus all their losses were on the road. I'll give you Chicago but it is because Cutler is playing lights out as opposed to last year and his team also beat the Cowboys. Cowboys are only 2 games behind 1st place. No big deal at the beginning of the season. I expected Washington to be better this year w/ McNabb when last year they were the only team in the division that was nowhere near .500. I never saw a clear favorite to win that division.
At work they do a pool and you have to pick ONLY ONE TEAM each week to beat the spread...about 100 people entered...it was over last week...there's MY evidence. :o
