Colt McCoy Likely to Start for Battered Browns in Pittsburgh
The NFL is all about the next man up, and after Cleveland Browns quarterbacks Seneca Wallace and Jake Delhomme both suffered ankle sprains Sunday at Atlanta, rookie Colt McCoy will most likely be the starter on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field, Cleveland.com reported.

Wallace was successful at keeping the Browns (1-4) competitive against the Atlanta Falcons, until he sustained his injury late in the first half when he was sacked by linebacker John Abraham in Sunday's Cleveland loss.

Delhomme, who had already been dealing with a high ankle sprain, stepped in to replace Wallace, only to throw two interceptions. Delhomme had his ankle injected with painkillers before the game, but reinjured it during the game. Both players are "really hurting" and had MRIs on Monday.

McCoy was the Browns' third round pick in this year's draft, and the plan was for him to sit and learn. Well, some of the best development can come from being under fire and brimstone, and McCoy will definitely feel the heat if he's forced to make his first start against Pittsburgh's defense.

4. Instant legend if Browns win
With decent Oline play, a healthy Hillis, and a D that plays like last year's game in Cleveland, he might have a chance....

6. I love Hillis
First player in a long time to start a game on both offense and defense. He did it a few years ago when Denver played Atlanta.
