1. 3rd year in a row Browns beat defending Super Bowl champs
2008 NYG: 35-14
2009 Steelers: 13-6
2010 Saints: 30-17

What a game today!

2. I think we can pretty much say the Saint's ain't...
gonna repeat...it's tough to do and they don't seem to have it this year...they're still drained from last year.

3. I agree. The Saints will be lucky to make the playoffs

Football is such a physically and mentally demanding game that repeating is almost impossible. Then there are the random factors like the breaks of the game. Look at the gift Pittsburgh was given today. Last year the Saints got all of the breaks.

4. What's in their favor this year is that no one in the NFC seems to be a powerhouse...
the AFC seems to have the A-list teams.

5. Peyton Hillis is a big reason why
for the improvement. Big addition for Cleveland this year.

8. Good win for the Browns
But let's face it.. the Saints had a magical year last season. Every break went their way, most of the toughest games they had were played in the dome combined with an easier schedule, no injuries that amounted to much and a monster number of takeaways. The Saints had the kind of season that you dream of but now they're back to where they really are as a team: an above average team that has a good chance of winning on Sunday but not the dominant power that many Saints fans believed was going to rule the roost for several years.
