Who's Hated More in Boston...LeBron or Lackey?
http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/05/12/and-that-happened-wednesdays-scores-and-highlights-39/related

I'd still say LeBron, even if the Celtics had won...he's one of the world's biggest D-bags, although I gotta say, the Red Sux blew it big time signing Lackey.

4. Why hate someone who isn't playing well?
I'm sure that person wants to play better just as much as the fans, if not more. I could understand if hatred was for lack of effort or something like that. I don't know the Lackey situation so I'm just commenting in general.

8. I think we can all agree LeBron is a douchebag, but the hatred of him is Boston
is absolutely ZERO compared to the hatred of him in Cleveland.

Now you can go back to kissing Danny Ainge's ass.

9. People all over the country hate Lebron, but Lackey is all ours.
Edited on Fri May-13-11 01:45 AM by hughee99
I don't hate him, I just hate to see him pitch. Forgetting the ungodly sum they're paying him, he's not pitching well enough to be a middle reliever in Triple-A at ANY price. It's tough to watch Dice-K pitch, but there's at least that element of surprise as to whether he'll be great or awful. With Lackey, unless he's pitching against the AL West, it's like a prostate exam. You know what's coming and you know you're not going to enjoy it, your only hope is to get good news at the end of it all.

13. Vicks jersey was number one too, Do you think many people love Vick?
:puke:
Kobe Bryant isn't a favorite outside of LA either so your argument is completely stupid.
And yes Trumad, I'm aware that the entire city of Cleveland are douchebags for hating someone who completely screwed them over. You have a lot of nerve calling Joey "Cboy" when you act JUST LIKE HIM.

15. All this jersey & screwing over Cleveland talk
Edited on Fri May-13-11 05:17 PM by JonLP24
makes me wonder if Cleveland fans burned Ilgauskas jerseys. However, that would require them having Ilgauskas jerseys in the first place.

16. The Most Hated Man in Boston Should Be Danny Ainge
There were critical possessions down the stretch in games 4 and 5 wherein Miami got a rebound or a put back that Perkins would have probably gotten.

But yeah, once they got rid of perkins, I knew the season was pretty much over...they were hanging it up.

18. That Trade Really Makes No Sense Now
Celts are an old team with no real long term future. They are the very definition of a win now team.

19. They got a Clippers first round pick in that trade
If odds work in their favor it should be a top 10 but that is for the 2012 draft. I think Ainge was thinking long term with that deal with the draft picks and getting Jeff Green. Not saying that I agree or disagree with the trade but it makes sense to me.

20. The NBA Draft Is A Major Crap Shoot
Also, the Clippers may not be all that bad in 2012. They may even make the playoffs with Blake Griffin.
