Friends. The Mods and Admin would like to request that anyone posting scores or other results from the Olympics before they are rebroadcast in the US and Canada, please put SPOILERS in the subject line. Just something like:

Pairs Figure Skating **SPOILERS**

We will do our best to keep subject lines clear of Olympic spoilers, but we cannot guarantee that our website will be completely free of spoilers. If avoiding spoilers is important to you, you are strongly advised to avoid visiting DU or any other discussion forum.

since we have to take AK and HI into account, or at least the west coast?

2. Hawaii is about 12 hours behind Italy

So I think around 12 hours after the event could work, although they don't necessarily broadcast 12 hours later.. Use your best judgment when it's about 1/2 a day later. We're not trying to get anyone in trouble, just reminding people to be considerate :-)

I knew the results of the men's snowboard at 9 am on Sunday, NBC showed it at 11 pm. bastards.

but you're basically simply trying to make new rules, keep a brother down, aren't you? anything to make NBC another couple of pennies...
