But it ain't. Congress already had their chance and just like every thing else recently, they blew it.

6. They are conneced because...
The MLB and the federal gov't have an agreement allowing the MLB to maintain a monopoly on baseball in America. So politically speaking I suppose you could say they have a vested interest in making sure that there seems to be accountability to the letter of the law in the MLB's drug testing policies.
