2. Isn't that the way its supposed to be??
You get "easy" games if you do well in the regular season?

6. Sure is.
That's why the Chargers busted their humps to get the third seed. It's been a while since the Colts have been able to hang a W on them.

4. I'll drink to that
"On any given Sunday" certainly applies to the NFL.

5. I agree...
but it's either the Chargers who beat them, or the Jags who they beat twice. Indy would win no matter the opponent this weekend, as would the Pats, so does it really matter?

7. If Romo doesn't pull his head out of his ass..
it will be the Giants who have the easiest game this weekend.

8. I'm all for that.
Then if the Seahawks can sneak one out of Lambeau, they'll host the NFC championship.

Please, please, please...

9. Well, I think if either the Seahwaks or Packers host the Giants...
...I will root for the home team!

19. As I was saying...
although in fairness, it really wasn't Romo's fault they lost. It helps to have receivers who know how to run pass patterns (you, Crayton) and actually catch the ball (Crayton & Fasano).

15. chargers win despite best effort of the officials..
they did everything they could to give the Colts that game. I would expect more of the same next week.

16. I didn't see the "obvious" face mask in the 4th quarter. I tend to agree with you.

17. i was a little upset with the "holding" penalty..
that negated Cromartie's touchdown.

21. It was there. If the guy's face is naturally at 12 o'clock the facemask took it to 4 or 5 o'clock.
There were some questionable calls but the face mask wasn't one of them.

23. if you go back over the threads
I have been calling the Chargers for a week (actuallly, I predicted the Colts would lose this game to either team. the Colts threw the final game of the regular season, a meaningful game to other teams, and the football gods do not smile on such actions.

Any day a Manning loses is a good day.

A Manning win is like a day without sunshine.
