It will be a home game for the Saints.

1. What do you think about that? I know Jerry Jones refuses to let the Cowboys
play in one of the overseas games during the season.

I didn't seem to affect either the Giants or Dolphins too much, though it does screw with the logistics of preparation and practice, considering the teams lose at least a day to travel.

2. Maybe Jerry is afraid to lose a coach because of weapons charges?
Though I doubt he'd need to worry about that with Wade.

3. My only opposition
is that the Saints lose a home game (in NOLA.) I expect the Brits will soon tire of the escapade and retire to their ambient beer and Soccer.

12. That was yesterday. I have no clue what I was trying to post.
Obviously I couldn't make any sense of it, and just deleted it.

I'll bang my head against the wall for awhile, and maybe i'll remember whatever i was trying to post last night.

:)

14. How does that make you feel?
If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be?

4. Really? Well let them forfeit the game then.
Everyone else is getting a turn, so I see no reason for the Cowboys to be excluded.

13. The Cowboys are AMERICA'S TEAM and don't need any more exposure!
BTW, they also have the THANKSGIVING DAY representing the NFL!

16. Which America? Is Texas part of the USA?
So they are the Turkeys of the NFL?

17. I don't want ANY international regular season games
It puts the two teams involved at a competitive disadvantage travel-wise. But since they already opened Pandora's box, I say let 'em all go over there.

5. Neither of these teams means anything to the British. They know the Giants, Packers, Redskins,
Steelers, Cowboys, Raiders, Dolphins and Pats.

18. You think they would send over teams that are very popular on an International Level
If the Premier League held a game in the US, I don't they would send Derby County and Portsmouth, they would probably send Chelsea, Arsenal, ManU, or Liverpool.

Not that the FA would be stupid enough to play a game in the US (but I wouldn't mind seeing Tottenham making the trip across the pond).

8. I'd have to agree with Jones on this one
I don't see the benefit for any team. That's a long way to travel and DOES screw up logistics and practice for the week before and the week after. The Chargers get the worst of it, flying all the way from California. What is that, about 8 hours?

It's great for the NFL of course. They'll take any opportunity to expand their market share.

10. Idiotic.
Now Saints fans get screwed out of a home game. There is no reason for this.

11. My sentiments Mr Slayer, but
I'm gonna go out on a limb and anticipate New Orleans will have an alternate reason to party that day.
