Miami Has The Worst NFL, NBA, and Possibly MLB Team
Three of the four major professional team sports and the city of Miami is host to the absolute worst in each sport. Wow, that's consistency.

(p.s. Their NHL team, the Florida Panthers, aint all that great either, but they're not the worst.)

2. That's a great attitude!
Plus, you've got recent NBA champs, recent WS champs, and the only NFL team to go undefeated and win the SB. Every team has a bad run now and then (ahem lol!). I look at it like it just makes winning that much sweeter.

3. hey, don't forget MLS!
oh wait. You mean to say the Fusion were so bad that they were shut down? Columbus can support a soccer team, but not immigrant friendly Miami?

Miami is a gawd awful sports town, there are too many distractions and not enough history outside of coral gables (yes, the dolphins have some history, good history, but the stadium was still dead this season)

4. Bad Management and Owners
I think part of the problem with the team in Miami is that they have bad owners and managers. It seems the owners and managers make mistakes. In the case of the Heat, the owner and managers gave away most of the team for an old Shaq. It won them a championship, but in just two years after that the team started to decline because Shaq and some of the other players declined. Look at how the players they gave away are helping there team now. If they had a few of those players they would be doing better. In addition, it seems that the owner and managers made a few other bad trade decisions.

In terms of the Dolphins, I contend it is once again an issue of bad ownership and bad management. I understand that Brady Quinn most likely would not have put them in the playoffs, but having him at quarterback might have helped the team win a few more games.

So, it seems that the owners and managers of these team just keep making poor decsions. It seems that those poor decisions cause the teams to perform poorly.

6. Throw their college in there... Miami U. It was one bad football team....
lost to Virginia in their own stadium 48-0 and won about 5 games. They're not the worst of the 119 Div. 1 college football programs but they're getting there.

13. Congrats to Lyin' Randy and Da C.'s recruiting class.......
problem is since they signed 9 linebackers they are now looking for someone to run the 2-9-0 defense. Also, since last season, they showed they couldn't score in a women's prison with a pocket full or pardons.... they need offensive guys. Got very few.

The other problem is the teams you played have out recruited you the last few seasons and many were just as good this year. (See Florida and FSU and Clemson, for example.)

But congrats for winning one of the 3 recruiting class evaluators. Remember, these evaluations don't count guys that can't pass the very low NCAA Academic Requirements... of which you will probably have several.

Oh, and is it Da U or Da C you dumb asses have put on your team's helmet? C= Da College.

16. Touche, My Dear Friend, Touche
My theory for Miami's current sports predicament is that when you put pro athletes with a lot of money in So. Beach, they lose all interest in playing.

10. Some More Miami Sports Facts
Today is Feb. 11th, 2008, and the Heat have not won 10 games yet. They've played 49 games, and they've only won 9.

The Dolphins and the Heat are a combined 10 and 64 in their last 74 games.
