I just did this afternoon.

Colorado Springs Sky Sox 10 Tacoma Raniers 9.

It was a great game especially with the Thunderbirds practicing overhead in preparation for the AF Academy graduation on Wednesday. Yeah, The Idiot In Chief is giving the graduation address.

1. I've seen a fair share of walk off walks, but never a HBP.

3. I remember once
Manny Ramirez got HBP in the bottom of the 10th against the Athletics for a walk-off win, back in 2005.

7. I know this has come up before, but when did the term "walk off" start?
I don't remember hearing it till maybe three or four years ago, and then suddenly it was everywhere. No one ever said that Babe Ruth had a "walk off" homer, for example. I have to say, I'm not all that fond of it.
