2. Why are you offering up congrats to a guy who changes avatars on the fly.
This isn't his college team...It's Tennessee--- a team who couldn't make it to a bowl game.

Don't let this guy fool you---- he's the Jackie Gleason of bandwagon bus drivers.

5. This is the sports forum, trumad
I was congratulating him more for being at a good bowl game more than anything else. I'm sure I'll be scrapping with CBoy in no time. I'm rooting for your Dolphins, today. Like nothing better than to see a player shoved aside get his revenge.

7. Condem, trumad tortures me about being a bandwagon
jumper which is a huge lie in order to provoke me.

I root for the Bay Area teams, and the University of Tennessee where I went to college.

As for games involving teams I don't cheer for, I generally pull for the team from the West because only an idiot watches a game and says, "gee, I don't care who wins. I just want a good game." :eyes:

Baloney .. everyone picks a side.

Just don't ever bet trumad on a game .. you'll regret it until the day you die.

Right trumad?

6. Now Trumad .. my dad went to CAL .. a great
liberal university located an hour from my house in Berkeley.

So of course I'd root for them as opposed to a team located 3,000 miles away in Cuba.

My favorite teams:

MLB -- SF Giants
NFL -- SF 49ers
NHL -- SJ Sharks
NBA -- GS Warriors
NCAA - Tennessee

Here's the bottom line concerning teams I don't particularly care about:

I'll root for the West Coast team, EXCEPT FOR THE DODGERS

The changing avatars on the fly is a huge Karl Rove-like fib!

3. Why was this game played in a baseball stadium?
The two teams had to be on the same sideline!

What was wrong with Candlestick? We quit having football played in baseball parks a long time ago.

Oh, I do like the result also.

8. I wonder if they were worried about the field being all fucked
up for the Redskins-49ers game today @ Candlestick?

Then again, they always play the Bowl at AT&T Park, so dunno.

At any rate, I don't think it's the end of the world having both teams on the same sideline.

4. I don't much care one way or the other about Tennessee (given the way LSU
ended up this year, I'm not ragging on any other SEC teams), but the Cal win was freakin' sweet! Miami was our much-hated nemesis (after Stanfurd Jr. Univ., of course) during my undergrad days, so I really enjoyed yesterday...
