On Edit: I hate to gloat, but this is one more article supporting cboy, myself and all those who care about equal justice for all....violating a person's civil rights is not okay just because their name is Barry Bonds or Greg Anderson.

8. You can isolate a quote

from the article to support your feelings about Bonds, but the article is balanced. It also points out how Bonds is an arrogant jerk and hated among his teammates, the fans and the press. But the article is not really about Bonds, and it's mute about whether he used steroids (we all know he did). It's more about the abuses of the Justice Department under Bush and Obama's pick for Attorney General doesn't look like much of a "change" in that policy.

The fact that Bonds cheated and lied about it doesn't excuse the apparent law enforcement abuses.

The fact that law enforcement may have abused its powers in attempting to convict Bonds doesn't excuse the fact that Bonds cheated and repeatedly lied about it.
