Rams release Torry Holt

Holt is now 32 years old...The 49ers sure could use his experience at wide receiver.

2. Niners are rumored to be one of the teams
possibly interested, along with the Eagles, Giants, Titans and of course.....your Cowboys.

5. Would he be happy in San Francisco with a run-oriented offense?
I don't think so. His best shot for a Super Bowl would be with the Giants.

3. He's only 32.
I thought he was older than that. I'd be willing to take a chance on him for a couple seasons. Holt and Jackson on the outs with Curtis in the slot sounds pretty good. If he's not completely shot that is.

4. Why not?
They already have Isaac Bruce.

6. He's a potential Hall-of-Famer, and 32 isn't old these days.
So I wouldn't be at all displeased if the Niners signed him.
