I had hoped never to hear that losers name again. But like a boil, he just seems to pop up, again and again, as ugly as ever.

3. He was disgusting
Pure Eddie Haskell from beginning to end -- "My, that's a lovely robe you're wearing, Justice Kennard."

And the justices were eating it up. They did everything but offer him home baked cookies and a cold beverage.

They took turns stepping all over the anti Prop H8 attorneys' presentations -- constantly interrupting them and challenging them. One guy (don't remember his name, it was the black guy) got about 10 words in, while Kennard gave a series of little speeches -- and then they declared the guy's time was up.

But Therese Stewart rocked -- she is a gem. Smart, tough, articulate -- wow.

And the guy from Jerry Brown's office was a loser with a capital "lose." He was unprepared, inarticulate, bumbling, confused -- a real embarrassment.
