Help Pin Ken’s Star to The Wall (Of Shame)
Help pin Ken’s Star to The Wall (Of Shame), cast your vote for this malicious gasbag over at HRC: End the Lies, web site.

Sign the petition at: http://www.hrc.org/endthelies/

The dean of Pepperdine University's School of Law is arguing before the California Supreme Court in defense of Prop. 8.

Starr argues against gay families by claiming that there are "substantial adverse consequences for children that often flow from alternative household arrangements."

To: Ken Starr, Lead Counsel defending Proposition 8 before the CA Supreme Court
Your attempt to nullify the marriages of 18,000 loving couples in California is misguided and malicious. The rights of a minority should never be stripped by a simple majority vote, and the idea that divorcing parents could help the welfare of children is disgusting. History will condemn your actions.

2. He isn't being misidentified.
It's a pun on his name: "Ken's Star."

He deserves your vote. Vote early. Vote often.

16.  his school, a hotbed of neocons?
"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepperdine_University
Pepperdine University is a private university of higher learning affiliated with the Churches of Christ

School of Law
Main article: Pepperdine University School of Law
Pepperdine gained university status in 1971 when the School of Law was added and the business and education departments became separate schools. In the 1980s, Pepperdine rose to prominence as one of the United States' leading centers of conservative politics, attracting many conservative-leaning professors from nearby UCLA and USC. Prominent conservatives on the Pepperdine faculty have included Bruce Herschensohn, Ben Stein, Kenneth Starr, Arthur Laffer, Douglas W. Kmiec, and Daniel Pipes."

Oh and those terrible Watts riots - we all know how sympathetic the Xtian far right was during the 1960's.

"Move to Malibu
By the 1960s, the young college faced serious problems. The area around the Vermont Avenue campus developed issues with crime and urban decay; tensions also arose due to the Civil Rights Movement and attempts to circumvent it such as California Proposition 14, which challenged federal fair housing laws.<4> The situation exploded in the 1965 Watts Riots.<4> In 1969 activists in the Watts area threatened to burn down the campus; ..."

To be fair, some alumni are unhappy with Starr's role in Hate8. More on this later...

20. Yup, he stuck his nose in there and sorted out every lurid detail.
From what I heard, The Starr Report read like bad Republican romance novel. Think about it this way: The Clenis was a penis that belonged to the Big Dawg, head of the Democratic Party at the time. Starr is a Republican dick who stuck his nose in there and rooted out all the details of what happened.

Here is where things started to go awry: Next, Starr ran all the details through his warped, mutated, shriveled up, deranged Republican mind.

Naturally The Starr Report came out as the Republican interpretation of what the Clenis did. Just sucked the fun right out of everything.

11. Ken Star is either abysmally ignorant or a liar
The justices asked him if inalienable rights could be taken away. He said that they could "if you had a process."

That is wrong. This is why they're called "inalienable," you pompous asshole.

Of course, the people on the other side were clueless too -- as the justices seemed to be.

13. That's why States and the Fed have a Constitution to avoid the whims and wishes of the majority
when it suits them. That argument of his and the one I caught about society having the right to vote on rights, which he equates with values. What a crock. That never seems to work out for minorities, but he knows that, he is THE majority representative. The status quo is in HIS interest.

21. I already made my submission
Peter LaBarbera. Peter, his keyboard and his cameras (which he uses to take pictures of nude men as "evidence" of how depraved LGBT people are) constitute the "group" Americans for Truth. The only purpose of this "group" is to spread lies about and hatred of LGBT people.

the harsh light of truth shined on his sick activities. While Kenny comes into the spotlight from time to time, this puke is a daily freak fest.
