Anyone who can refute them gets overwhelmed just thinking about it, and only the insane (I.E. us ;)) can dare stand up against them.

Since I think I'm one of these crazy people, let me try it:

A. They're not called cavemen

B. There are "primitive" people even today; people who are nomadic, who are still hunter-gatherers, etc. Look in certain parts of South America and Africa to find them.

C. In these cultures, you can find homosexuals, and in them they can hunt and gather just like any of us straight guys can do, and in many cultures they become respected members of their communities.
