An update from the field: A while back I posted about wanting to

express support for members of the GBLT community at Mass. I opted for placing a button (I'm Proud of my Gay Daughter)on my purse.

I know people notice my purse, I've had more than one person compliment me on it before I put the button there.

What I didn't consider is that the purse goes with me everywhere. I also didn't notice how many times I put the purse on the counter when reaching in for cash or a library card, etc. So people see that button everywhere.

To date, I've only had one comment: a thumbs up from the clerk at the Dunkin' Donuts.
