South African Court To Announce Gay Marriage Ruling
http://www.365gay.com/Newscon05/11/113005safMarry.htm

South Africa's Constitutional Court will announce Thursday whether same-sex couples can marry.

If the court rules in favor of gay marriage it would make the country the fifth in the world to permit same-sex couples to wed.

The Constitutional Court heard arguments for and against same-sex marriage in May.

The case was brought by Marie Fourie and Cecilia Bonthuys, who have been partners since 1994 but are unable to marry.

my money is that the court will find in favor of the plantiffs and allow marriage
