Va. Tech officials troubled by hate-filled graffiti

BLACKSBURG,Va. -- Virginia Tech officials say they are troubled by recently discovered graffiti disparaging blacks, gays and women.

On Feb. 3, a student reported four statements scrawled in a residence hall stairwell, said Ed Spencer, associate vice president for student affairs.

3. Time to start disciplining those students before they start thinking
that their cause is so worthy that it's okay to lie and cheat to achieve your goals.
