First time I saw it, I had to really search to find their disclaimer that it was a parody. It's waaaaay too real.

Recognizing parody means having a reference that is somewhat rational or predictable. For instance you usually can not parody a person suffering from a severe case of schizophrenia. It's not funny and is difficult to distinguish between the original and parody. Somehow these folks managed for the most part to do something similar for a whole other disease.
