Write A Letter to The Editor in Support of Senator Scott Brown
This week, several news stories were published in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Metro West Daily News, Milford Daily News and Attleboro Sun Chronicle regarding comments State Senator Scott Brown made at a local high school.

http://www.boston.com/news/local/articles/2007/02/10/senator_causes_stir_by_reading_profanity/ On a facebook website promoting "gay rights" at the school, profane statements were directed at Senator Brown and his family. The profanities were posted by students who objected to Senator Brown's January 2 vote in the legislature to put the marriage amendment before the people, after a history teacher decried Browns support for letting the people vote.
When Senator Brown, who was understandably upset, repeated the profanities the students had directed at him at a school assembly, and named the students who had posted them, teachers and the principal objected.
Please take a moment to write a letter to the editor decrying the comments made by students, and the school's reaction to them and Senator Brown. Officials at the King Philip Regional School did nothing about the attacks against the senator made by students on the webpage. By attacking Senator Brown for drawing attention to poor student behavior, these officials are blaming the victim, and teaching students to be disrespectful of an honorable public servant who is doing his job.
